Several TV programs in the United States were cancelled to prevent employees from leaving home because of the new coronavirus. Comedian Stephen Colbert from The Late Show decided to present the March 16th edition straight from his bathtub.

The episode started with the comedian singing the opening vignette from behind a lot of foam. Afterwards, he showed that he was wearing a suit and not actually taking a bath. The program usually has famous guests, but this time, Colbert’s bottles of shampoo were the participants.

The comedian used the opportunity to recommend that people stay home like him to stop the virus from spreading.
