On August 14th, the University of Florida, in the United States, posted a statement on its official X account (formerly Twitter) saying that it was looking for two goats. The animals had been last seen on the university campus (even walking on a roof). Then they circulated around the city of Gainesville, and this is what started the search.

The post on the social media platform included a number to call for anyone with information about the goats. Fortunately, the animals were found. On August 16th, the university also shared a picture of one of the goats in a vehicle on X. While some people celebrated that the animals were safe, others lamented the end of the search.
