An 18-year-old Brit had to be rescued from a six-foot hole (which is approximately the height of a door). The young man dug the hole in Newquay beach, England, on July 1st. The young man was inside the hole when sand began to fall on top of him. Because of this, he could not to climb out. The local coast guard, his friends, and people who were on the beach had to help him.

After being examined by doctors, he was able to leave. On the same day, the local fire department posted on social networks asking people not to climb in holes on the beach to play. Depending on the amount of sand in them, it could be too much to be removed by whoever is inside the hole.
