Percy Jackson is a saga written by Rick Riordan. It is one of the author’s many books involving Greek mythology. The collection is about Percy Jackson, who is Poseidon’s demigod son, and some of his friends. The friends include Annabeth Chase, Athena’s daughter, and Grover, a satyr (half man, half goat). In this journey, they experience several challenges that test their limits and make the story more interesting and lively.

The saga has five books and many characters, including monsters, gods, demigods, and even creatures of nature. It is very funny and surprising. It is very playful and a little childish, but it also includes many reflections about human,  everyday attitudes.

The collection is very accessible. This means any adult, older person, or child can read it, understand it, and have a lot of fun, even if it has words that are rarely used today.
