KFC, the American fast-food chain, is known for its fried chicken. On December 29th, the company surprised the public with a post on social networks. It announced that it was going into the gaming market by launching a PC Gamer (a type of computer) that heats up chicken when you play.
The novelty was seen as a joke until the brand confirmed it all. Named KFConsole, the product will have 4K standards and will run 240 frames per second (which gives images a feeling of fluidity when they move). The heat generated by the gamer will be directed to an internal oven that can be used to heat chicken and keep it crispy. “Get on your feet and enjoy the world of virtual reality while the smell of fresh chicken captures your senses,” says the official statement from the chain. No release date has been set yet.
