David Rush is a serial record holder from the state of Idaho, United States. He set a record by balancing a guitar on his chin for an hour and 35 minutes. Rush posted the full, accelerated video on his website on October 9th. He is waiting for the evaluation of the Guinness World Book technical team.

David had already broken this record twice in the past. He balanced the guitar for an hour and eight minutes. On another occasion, he balanced the guitar for an hour, 12 minutes and 40 seconds. The second achievement, however, did not enter Guinness. Spanish record holder Christian Rodriguez beat the record by 45 seconds.

Rush is known for breaking about 250 records. He also won 52 Guinness titles in 52 straight weeks (view the records here).
