Alain Robert is a 56-year-old French climber. He climbed the Salesforce Tower in London on October 25^th with no safety equipment. He took one hour to climb up the building’s 230 metres, one of the highest in the city.
Alain’s climbing hobby started when he was 11. The Frenchman has already climbed 150 skyscrapers. He has climbed the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world. It is 800 metres tall and has 163 floors.

Alain usually climbs without permits. He has already been arrested several times for being on properties without authorization.
