Tunde Onakoya, a Nigerian chess master, played a marathon of games for 60 hours straight. This is the longest time chess has ever been played in the world. In an April 20th report on the channel CBS New York, Tunde can be seen playing several games straight against Shawn Martinez, an American who is also a professional chess master and coach in New York, in the United States. Tunde won all the matches. Up until this edition of Joca went to press, Guinness was finalizing its assessment so it could make the record official.
