Australian Shannen Jones broke a Guinness World Records record and became the woman to shoot the bow and arrow farthest using her feet. The arrow launched by Shannen’s feet reached 59 feet and 11 inches or approximately 18 meters. The feat was posted on the Guinness Instagram account on January 16th.

The record holder is a professional contortionist who says she practiced for six years before hitting the new mark. The record before Shannen’s was an arrow shot by feet for a distance of 12 meters. To accomplish the feat, the Australian had to stand with her hands on the ground and flex her entire right leg to shoot the arrow as far as possible.
