MAN BREAKS OWN RECORD FOR TYPING WITH NOSE

Vinod Kumar Chaudhary is a 44-year-old Indian male. He managed to break the record for the fastest time typing the Roman alphabet with the nose. Guinness World Records made this milestone official on May 30th. Vinod has already set the record three times. His first record was 27.8 seconds in 2023. After that, he broke the record with 26.7 seconds and now, it is 25.6 seconds. Vinod also types a space between each letter of the alphabet. He says he gets so dizzy he can “see stars”, but all his efforts are worth it because they guarantee he breaks records.

JEWELRY LOST OVER 60 YEARS AGO FOUND ON EBAY

According to a May 26th report from KSL News, Joan Eccles, from Utah (United States), found a family jewel on eBay, the shopping website. The pendant was lost more than 60 years ago. It was a gift from Augusto William Conti, Joan’s stepfather, to her mother, Agnes Inez Redfern, on Valentine’s Day in 1944. At that time, Joan was also given a piece of jewelry. The pendants are engraved with “To Joan” and “To my dear wife”. Joan kept her piece, but her mother’s piece was lost when she died in 1963. The eBay seller said that she bought the item at a second-hand shop. Joan’s daughters bought the pendant as a present for her on Mother’s Day.

TRADITIONAL CHEESE RACE IS HELD IN ENGLAND

On May 26th, the traditional Cheese Race was held in England at Cooper’s Hill, near the county of Gloucestershire. In the annual competition, Gloucester, a large and classic English cheese, is thrown down the mountain, and participants run to try to catch it. Because the terrain is full of ups and downs, the task is quite difficult. It is almost impossible not to fall and roll down the hill. The event has been happening for around 200 years. It brings people from all over the world together. In this edition, the winners of the race were: Tom Kopke, Dylan Twist, Abby Lampe, and Josh Shepherd.
