Duror Primary School, located in a village in Scotland with close to 300 inhabitants, is one of the smallest in the United Kingdom, with only two students, Shannon and Molly, aged 9. With over a century of history, the school was almost closed because of falling student numbers. However, with several babies and young children who will soon attend the institution, the local council decided to keep the school after a campaign by residents. Teacher Holly Graves says that, because she only has two students, she can teach outdoors and explore nature. Molly and Shannon hope that more children will join the school — but not too many.
