Pokémon Presents took place on February 27th. It is a broadcast that usually takes place twice a year showcasing the brand’s launches, which include new games, anime, and social events. The presentation is organized by the Pokémon Company and produced by its employees. Check out the main news below.

New Game

The main announcement was the Pokémon Legends Z-A game. The game will take place in the city of Luminose, which is undergoing an urban development plan so it can be just as welcoming to Pokémons as to humans. Legends Z-A for Nintendo Switch will be released in 2025.

Pokémon Invasion

In the online version, the games will feature themed events in which new monsters invade the maps for a short time. Pokémon Go will have characters from the anime’s Legends season. Pokémon United and Café ReMix will include characters from the Scarlet and Violet games. The winners are those who play Pokémon Sleep, which will have new permanent monsters in the game, such as Raikou.

Digital cards The Pokémon card game is quite popular and there are even professional championships around the world. Fans can now download an app with digital versions of the cards. Every day you can open two packs of assorted cards, collect them, trade them with friends and even play games on your cell phone.

POKÉMON UNIVERSE

It all started with a Japanese video game created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1996, which spread to almost all other entertainment sectors. Today, there are over 1,015 fi ctional monsters, and more than a thousand employees working on novelties for the brand.
