The Vienna Vegetable Orchestra in Austria has entered the Guinness Book of Records as the vegetable orchestra with the most concerts. Founded in 1998, the group has given 344 performances and recorded four albums using only food such as vegetables to make music. Because they last close to six hours before losing their shape, vegetables are bought fresh on the day of the performance. The ones that are not used go into the soup served after the concert.
