On April 27, for the second year in a row, Cooper Wallace, a 10-year-old British boy, won the European Seagull Screeching Championship, becoming the first two-time champion in the competition. Dressed as a seagull, Cooper imitated the cry of the birds in the city of De Panne, Belgium, where the tournament was held. It is worth noting that the young man started to learn more about the bird after a seagull tried to steal his sandwich. Shelby, Cooper’s younger sister, 7, also participated in the competition, and won fourth place. She said she would try to surpass her brother next year.
