The trailer for D.P.A. 4: The Fantastic Kingdom of Ondion was released on May 20, presenting details of the most recent adventure of the Blue Buildings Detectives. The film will be released in movie theaters throughout Brazil on December 4, distributed by Paris Filmes.

Directed by Mauro Lima and written by Flávia Lins e Silva, the film brings back the characters Mel, Zeca and Max in a new mission with fantasy and mystery.

Launched in 2012 on Canal Gloob, Blue Building Detectives is one of the most successful children’s franchises on Brazilian television. The series follows the adventures of three children who investigate mysteries in the building where they live. The success of the series generated a series of films for the cinema. The first, Blue Building Detectives: The Movie, premiered in 2017; soon after came Blue Building Detectives 2: The Italian Mystery (2018) and Blue Building Detectives 3: An Adventure at the End of the World (2021).

Synopsis

In the 2025 plot, Mel and Zeca set out in search of their friend Max, who mysteriously disappears. The duo suspects that Max has been taken by Juks to the magical kingdom of Ondion, which can be accessed through a portal in apartment 333 of the Blue Building. There, they meet up with familiar characters such as Rúbia, Brisa, Berenice, Leocádia and Theobaldo, who have gathered for Berta’s birthday party.

The cast includes actors and actresses such as Emilly Puppim, Stéfano Agostini, Samuel Minervino, Enzo Campeão, Cléo Faria and Nicole Orsini.
