A French brand is being criticized on social media for selling what people are calling “the ugliest coat in the world” for more than US$ 8,000 (about R$ 43,000). The coat is covered with 14 crocheted puppets, including frogs, lobster, flamingos and even an animal that wears a scarf from the brand. From behind, it looks like an ordinary black coat.

The piece of clothing became famous after Vogue Paris magazine posted a photo of it on its Twitter page on February 4th. In the comments section, some people joked that the outfit was so ugly that the model seemed embarrassed to be wearing it. Another comment was that, at the very least, the wearer would never miss having a stuffed animal around.
