This book is about a boy who loses his father and grandfather. His grandfather is a fisherman, and the sea takes him away. His father works in the Amazon, but gets lost in the rubber plantations and never comes back. The boy begins a new life as a sailor. We liked the book because it is impossible to finish reading it without imagining how the sea dragon feels after losing his father and grandfather. The illustrations have a lot of bright colors, and can be an inspiration for other authors.
